    Hot Tips troubles: Flash Player needed
        

    You need to have the Macromedia Flash Player installed on your computer in order to view our Hot Tips. Download the latest Macromedia Flash Player by clicking on the linked graphic below.


    Forbidden: Permission Problems
        

    Accessing the Hot Tips will produce an error in this situation that states:

      Forbidden

      You don't have permission to access /tips/ on this server.

    AOL 5.0 (CompuServe 5.0) and Macromedia Flash 5.0 have a number of different conflicts. Downloading Flash Player 6.0 does not improve the situation at all, in fact it creates more trouble viewing Flash files. The only solution that we have been able to find for this situation is to upgrade your browser. Visit AOL or CompuServe and upgrade to version 6.0 or better in order to remedy this problem.

    If you are not running AOL or CompuServe and are still getting this error try downloading the updates for your browser. (i.e. Microsoft Updates & Netscape Navigator Updates
